Modern Head Office Complex

Due to group consolidation and expansion our clients needed to double the size of their Head Office in the South West and proposals were drawn up to include a statement design reception area which was fitting for a Head Office building covering the whole of Northern Europe. After planning permission was granted, we were the successful contractor engaged to enhance the design, obtain Building Regulations and develop the building to bring the scheme to life.

The expansion of the office space was constructed to match the existing with a new kitchen and restaurant facility and the reception area was formed with a modern design thus creating the status statement our clients required. We employed the skills of an Architect to assist with the design whilst working closely with our client’s own staff to ensure the building would meet all their needs. The triumph of this project was its completion within an impressive timescale from design to end product with an emphasis on excellent materials and craftsmanship which enabled the building to win a Design and Quality Award.
