Ken Biggs Contractors Limited is a Private Limited Company formed in 1967 and has established an excellent reputation over the years since it was first established in 1928.  As a local family company spanning three generations we aim to provide personal attention and close supervision with comprehensive after sales care.

We have our own Joinery Shop, Small Works Department, Transport Plant and Equipment and employ mainly direct labour consisting of Joiners, Carpenters, Bricklayers, Masons, Plasterers, Plumbers and Decorators in addition to General Operatives.  Many are trained in the more specialised areas of their craft.

Our experience in all types of building and construction is well known; this encompasses New Build, and Refurbishment to Hotels, Offices, Flats, Domestic Housing, Commercial Buildings, Schools, Hospitals and Historic Buildings Conservation.  Our Small Works Section deals with general repairs, extensions and minor Contracts.  The Company’s aim is to provide the customer with a service they can rely on from enquiry to completion without the problems normally associated with construction work.

We are able, should this be required, to provide a full design and build service and if necessary can offer financial assistance for suitable Projects.

Geographical working area is governed only by the economics of travelling.
