We were engaged by our client to design and build a new state of the art company headquarters and warehouse distribution facility to meet the demands of their rapidly growing business whilst providing their employees with an excellent working environment, promoting positive staff morale and employee wellbeing.

Our dedicated and highly skilled site and management team diligently brought our client’s vision to life and a sleek, modern high specification building with internal finishes chosen to create a Scandinavian feel as a nod to the company’s founding country was established.  The project was concluded ahead of the programmed date and below budget to the delight of our client who was able to occupy the new facility earlier than expected and is testament to our ability to deliver outstanding industrial projects on all levels from excellent build quality to skilled leadership and project management capability.
