COUNTRY HOUSE RESTORATION AND EXTENSION

Our clients purchased this Grade II Listed House and developed a scheme to conserve and restore the original features of the dwelling whilst sympathetically adding two large extensions to enhance the living space in keeping with the original building as well as salvaging an oak barn from the grounds of the property and re-erecting in a new location in order to renovate and provide separate accommodation. We were delighted to be the successful contractor awarded this interesting and varied project and tasked to bring their plans to fruition.

Working closely with the project team each part of this contract was undertaken with great care, preserving original features whilst renovating and extending the property to meet the modern day needs of family life including upgrading all services to the dwelling. Exquisite fixtures and fittings were installed throughout and the original barn was completely redevised and overhauled to the same standard as the main house. A formal walled garden, terraces and new pond along with a sweeping driveway concluded this beautifully crafted project to the delight of the new occupants.
