Inside, the bedrooms were plastered and painted with colours chosen by the client.
New sanitaryware was fitted to the shower room and the existing bathroom was also upgraded.
The heating was altered and added where required, run by a new gas fired combi boiler located in the garage.
Phase 2 - New foundations were cast, along with drainage alterations. Existing slabs were lifted and later re-laid with new slabs to the extended patio area.
Walls were built and finished as in phase one. A new steel ridge beam was fitted and a new roof was put on which had four integral velux windows and blinds fitted which were all operated by remote control. New pitched ceilings were formed and plastered.
New under floor heating was laid within the new floor screed and connected to the existing boiler. The floor was then finished with new porcelain tiles supplied by the client. The new room was then decorated by our own decorators with the clients chosen colours.
