Requirements
This property was a newly built manor house purchased from the developer by the current occupant. Our commission was to carry out internal alterations to our client’s requirements after purchasing the property and carry out the external hard landscaping. Construction The project involved extensive bespoke joinery installations including wall panelling, vanity units, bath panels, a staircase, bookcases, dressing room units and cupboards. New bathrooms were installed and kitchen alterations also took place. Ornate plasterwork was fitted, new bespoke fireplaces installed and a new Bath stone portico replaced the original. A complete redecoration of the house was undertaken. |
The installation of a sauna and the management and supervision of intelligent lighting and electrical installations also took place including security and sound systems.
Externally a hard landscaping scheme was implemented and the scope of work included terraces, walled gardens, construction of a greenhouse, steps, paths and a new driveway including a new infrastructure network of services. Value £1.3 million
