Four steel roof trusses supported a timber cut roof construction to the second floor which formed rooms complete with dormer windows.
To the external face of the house, Bath stone ashlar was used along with a rubble stone to the garden walls and two raised patio areas.
The roof was finished with a plain Marley tile.
All windows, aluminium patio doors, garage door and guttering were all of a powder coated finish to the client’s choice of colour.
The entrance door, back doors and internal staircase were all constructed from solid Oak along with the kitchen which was also constructed from Oak incorporating granite worktops.
Within the roof space an air handling plant was located to clean air and to retain heat loss.
Heating and hot water was provided by an Ecothern boiler.
